Impact in WP4 will be generated by knowledge transfer, training, and exploitation. Knowledge transfer includes this website, presentations and scientific publications, and interaction with relevant standard bodies. Relevant standard bodies include the Scientific Standardization Committee on Vascular Biology of the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis, the EV flowcytometry work group, and ISO/TC 229 and TC24 meetings. Training involves webinars, guest lectures, workshops, on-site training of biomedical students, etc. Exploitation involves setting up an inter-laboratory comparison study to explore whether calibration of flow cytometers using the developed reference materials (WP2) improve the comparison of EV concentration measurements. The concentration of EVs will be measured in the developed stable biological test sample from WP3. Finally, certification of developed reference materials will be investigated.
